Except for the creamy marbling to the lustrous, green leaves this is identical to the green leaved Veronica gentianoides. Neither one is frequently seen at nurseries. Also semi-evergreen and low to the ground, it grows into a slowly widening clump that carries short spires of beautifully blue flowers in early summer.
